卵焼きとほうれん草の白和え

If you are a eggs lover, I strongly recommend you to cook  卵焼き(Tamagoyaki)! Trust me, you wont regret.  ^___^

Part I - Tamagoyaki

Ingredients/Seasonings:
3 eggs
1-2 spoon of fresh milk
1 spoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
oil

Method: 
1) Pour 3 eggs into a bowl and whisk it.

2) Add sugar, salt and fresh milk into it. The more milk you added in would soften the texture tamagoyaki, adjust accordingly to your preference.

3) Pour oil into frying pan, wait for the heat.

4) Pour half of the eggs mixture into frying pan, maintain medium/small fire.

5) Use chopstick to stir the mixture. Before bubble appeared, use chopstick to fold it from bottom to top, alike making sushi roll. Keep in the frying pan.

6) Pour more oil then pour another half eggs mixture into it. Repeat step 5. Try to fold them into 1 roll.

7) Off the the fire, cut and eat!

PS: If you could find 明太子(Mentaiko), add in during step (5), right before bubble appear.

Part II - Hourenshounoshiraae

Ingredients/Seasonings:
Sesame
Miso Paste ( add accordingly to your preference)
Sugar
水豆腐 ( fresh beancurd)
Spinach
Carrot

Method: 
1) Simply decide quantities of ingredient based on your preference.

2) Cut both spinach and carrot according to you style. Then, boil them.

3) Smash the fresh beancurd using spoon/ladle.

4) Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and stir the mixture evenly.

5) Taste it! Do you like it?
