Mojito

We went to a Latin America restaurant located at a neighbourhood somewhere between Roosevelt and Maple Leaf. It has very limited seats inside and the wait time could be long during peak hours. Tonight, I am lazy to cook so we explore this restaurant that we never been.

When we arrived, all the tables were taken. We were lucky a middle age professional-looking guy offered us to share table with him. Since we didn't really know each other, we try to have some conversation and found out he is from Texas and had a 2-day business trip in Seattle. He was so kind to us.

We ordered the Pollo a la Parrilla ( Grilled half chicken. Served with rice, black beans, fried yucca and tostones.) and Pescado en Guiso (White fish fillet simmered in a tomato-based sauce with capers, green olives and white wine. Served with rice, maduros and Ensalada Mojito.). Well, the fish was really good but the chicken was too dry. Anyway, our food did fill our stomach!

The kind guy left before us. Before we left, we were told that he paid for us! OMG~ he was too kind to us, we didn't even know his name. Do we have chance to meet him again? So that we could buy him a meal?
