The method of making Sourdough is surprisingly simple. You don't need to knead the dough, some people named it as no-knead bread. I looked into some videos of making Sourdough and decided to give it a try in small portion.
The ingredients are flour, water, salt, sugar and yeast. You could easily find the ratio of each ingredients from internet, depending on the size that you want to do. The first raise took 18-24 hours at room temperature. After the first raise, you could customize the flavour of bread by adding cheese cubes, berries, plum or others. Then, fold them a few times and raise another 30 mins to an hour. While wait for the second raise, you could preheat the oven at 425 Fahrenheit with the clay pot in it. Next, put the dough into the preheated clay pot and bake for 30 mins with the lid closed. Lastly, open the lid and bake for another 15 mins. That's all.

We did 2 flavors, one with cheddar cheese and plum in it and another one with mozzarella on top. The bread looked so tiny because I left them out for too long on the second raise. But, they taste so good to eat fresh, crispy at the outer part and soft on the inside.

We ate them for breakfast, dinner and snacks. Taste so good to eat with butter, jam or dip in soup.
